The hotel offers a wonderful view of Gangtok, but my room was on the inner side with no windows. The service was extremely lovely and helpful, especially Mr Abinash. The location is convenient, not far from MG Marg and close to the taxi stand, although there was a slight miscommunication with staff. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, but the view of Kanchanjangha from the windows was excellent.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, although the washrooms were a bit small but served the purpose with hot water facilities. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, within walking distance to MG Marg. The dining experience offered good value for money with a variety of options. Overall, a good choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a breathtaking view of the valley and Kanchenjunga. The room was cozy, but I wished it had windows for a more comfortable feel. The room was very neat and provided all the essentials for a relaxing sleep after a day of sightseeing. The Tea/coffee making facilities, charging points, and TV were convenient additions.
